The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has requested assistance in responding to the Pakistan Earthquake. They want to find tweets that refer to infrastructure damage as well as needs and requests for help. While MicroMappers was not scheduled to launch for several more weeks, we’re collaborating with our UN colleagues and the Standby Volunteer Task Force (SBTF) to test the platform. More info here.
